About us

Today we seem to be surrounded with all kinds of problems. At a personal level, there is lifestyle in crisis, health in disorder, strife in relationship. And as one goes from personal to the outside world, the problems become more and more complex.

In this chaos and one’s busy schedule to make ends meet, one does not know where to begin. Is there any solution to various problems? In such times, there is a need for a space where a dialogue can begin. Where these problems and the need for shift in our paradigm can be discussed. A space where experiments are encouraged and putting such practices in one’s life for more holistic life are shared, taught and learnt.

Abhyudaya is a wonderful place for your first yoga experience. The classes are specifically tailored to beginner students and are designed to introduce new students to yoga postures, safe ways to move, and modifications to make the practice of yoga accessible to everyone. Each student is offered the assistance, support, and encouragement he or she needs to enjoy his or her yoga experience. Frequently asked questions

The classes are open after the first trimester as the body is undergoing many changes. Please speak with your gynaecologist / midwife prior to staring class.
Yes! This class is structured for all levels of fitness or no yoga experience. Let your teacher know that this is your first class so she can provide the modifications or assistance needed to make you feel safe and comfortable.
As your body changes, you may need to adjust the practice to facilitate room for the continued growth of your unborn child. A prenatal yoga class will also introduce you to specific techniques that prepare you for labor. The social benefits of connecting you with other pregnant mothers are also components of a prenatal class.
Wear loose and comfortable clothes to allow free movement of joints.
