About Us

About us

Today we seem to be surrounded with all kinds of problems. At a personal level, there is lifestyle in crisis, health in disorder, strife in relationship. And as one goes from personal to the outside world, the problems become more and more complex.

In this chaos and one’s busy schedule to make ends meet, one does not know where to begin. Is there any solution to various problems? In such times, there is a need for a space where a dialogue can begin. Where these problems and the need for shift in our paradigm can be discussed. A space where experiments are encouraged and putting such practices in one’s life for more holistic life are shared, taught and learnt.

Abhyudaya which means enlightenment, is such a space for holistic healing to those seeking relief from any problem - be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.

Personalized, therapeutic yoga practices and yoga therapy designed to address each student’s unique needs.
Respect every person as an individual with unique circumstances, needs, goals, and abilities, and care for the whole person instead of just the diagnosed condition.
Recognize that the human system is comprised of several overlapping, interrelated dimensions—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—and address the needs of the whole person at every level.
Honor each individual’s healing process and unique experience, and create a highly personalized approach to healing and wellness.
Empower individuals to be active participants in their own healing process and nurture their own well-being, in recognition of the fact that healing comes from within, rather than from an outside source.
Provide a safe, inclusive, caring, and supportive environment for individuals and communities to live more fully and freely.
