Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

Why Prenatal Yoga?

With Prenatal Yoga, both mind and body remain tuned to respond very well to the miracle of birth. Exercises other than Yoga can damage the growing sac due to impact induced. Yoga is the only non-impact exercise.
Asanas are exercises that are soft in nature and hence
Nourish the tissues of mother and baby in a gentle way.
Can manipulate the baby in a methodical way and help turn its body at the time of delivery.
Helps the woman to recondition and rejuvenate her body after delivery.

Why Postnatal Yoga?

Uterine shrinkage is impaired unless the woman returns to an active life as early as possible.
Lack of sleep will be exhausting …….yoga to regain energy.
The stress of work for working woman can interfere with lactation and the return of the menstrual cycle.
